What is hibachi catering?

Hibachi catering is a service where chefs bring hibachi grills to your event location and cook a variety of Japanese dishes, including meats, seafood, and vegetables, in front of your guests. It combines delicious food with live entertainment through interactive cooking techniques.

Do you provide set ups for tables, chairs, and utensils?

No, we do not provide setups for tables and chairs. Our hibachi chefs will bring the grill, food, and fun!

What types of events do you cater for?

We cater for a wide range of events, including birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, weddings, family gatherings, graduations, and more. It’s a great way to add excitement and unique entertainment to any occasion. The guest(s) of honor dines at no charge.

How long does the hibachi chefs cook for?

Our hibachi chefs will cook for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.

What form of payments do you accept?

We require a $200 deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied toward your final bill. Please note that we only accept cash payments. We also suggest the gratuity be 20% of the total bill

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences?

Yes, we can accommodate various dietary restrictions and preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-specific requests. Please inform us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

How far in advance should I book hibachi catering?

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for popular dates. Ideally, try to book at least a 2 weeks in advance. However, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

What is the maximum number of guests you can cater to?

We can accommodate events for up to 100 guests. For parties exceeding this number, please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Do you offer indoor catering options?

Yes, we do offer indoor catering options. We STRONGLY recommend utilizing the garage for our services.

Can we provide the proteins ourselves for the hibachi chefs to cook?

We can cook the proteins you provide, however, we will still charge the normal price of $50 or $53. The salads, hibachi vegetables, and rice or chow mein will still be provided.
